MSDR is a simple, non-invasive, non-touch physical exam that can be taken in ordinary street clothes in 15-minutes or less. The exam extracts nearly 1,000 clinical points of data about a person’s physical condition in four major Regions of their Body: Neck, Back and the Upper and Lower Extremities.

MSDR®New Hire Testing

With MSDR® New Hire Testing...it's simple, is this the right person for the job...

Corporate New Hire Product:
Workplace injuries are typically classified by a positive history, chief complaint, positive physical exam and a diagnosis, normally with complicating factors. MedAppraise will soon complete correlation of these elements (gathered from different geographic regions) with field doctors' ICD-9 diagnoses to the risk findings. This will allow MedApprise to refine further the point at which an individual is injured, to confirm data that are consistent with soft tissue injuries and to verify the quantification point at which an individual is considered injured or when matched with NIOSH standards, the point at which an individual will have a higher probability of being injured in the future.

Upon completion of this analysis, MedAppraise will release the New Hire MSDR®product that will test job applicants based on the requirements of the jobs that they are seeking.

Post Offer, Pre-Placement New Hire
Benchmarking MS findings with MSDR®is allowing MedAppraise to Beta test a Post Offer, Pre-Placement New Hire product that is correlated with the Insurance industry's Gold Standard Underwriting Literature of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health ("NIOSH") that provides national and world leadership for the prevention of work-related illnesses and injuries. The goal of this MSDR®product is to create a standardized New Hire Evaluation focusing on an individual's MS presentation that will answer the question: "Is this the right person for a certain job based on the the tasks involved?" The MSDR®product has been designed to help open the Occupational New Hire testing market to the Chiropractic profession via a standardized, evidence-based testing application that MedAppraise has reason to believe will also be able to help guide worker's compensation decisions.

The MSDR®assessment has been determined to be compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) in 48 states. MSDR®is further compliant with rulings under the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (see Equal Employment Opportunity Commission v. Rockwell International Corp., 243F.3d 1012 [7th Cir. 2001]).
